I have forgotten the email address associated with my account. How can I find it?

To determine which email address you used when setting up your PikPak account, first check your inbox for emails from PikPak.

• Search for emails with ‘PikPak’ or from a PikPak address in the body.

If you can't find any emails from PikPak, you can use the account recovery page to send yourself a password reset request.

• Enter the email address you think is associated with your PikPak account, and if it's correct, you'll receive a password reset email.
• If you already know your password, there is no need to reset it.
• However, if you need to reset your password, you will need your recovery key.

Can't you just tell me the email address to use?

If you send us an email using an email address that has never been set up in PikPak, we have no way of knowing your PikPak address. For privacy and security reasons, we also do not confirm in this way.
